| I saw Robert MacCall tell the story of ‘A Christmas Carol’ a few years ago. It was very good. Towards the end of the month he is telling the story of Joshua Scamp – a gypsy who was falsely accused of horse theft and hanged. Scamp was buried at Odstock. |

Councillor Brian Dalton’s blog pointed me in the direction of this page, which allows for the reporting of “fly posting, fly tipping graffiti, dog fouling, street litter, a problem with a play area, a dead animal on public land, a full or damaged public litter bin, a street that needs sweeping, overgrown grass, weeds, hedges or trees, a problem with public toilets, and needles and syringes found on council land” |
