Upper Folly SP2

I am slightly puzzled by the name of this road. There is a painting of a folly in Wilton House on this blog by an artist called Nikki, but I’ve not found any further reference to it. The road is, I think, very close to the Wilton House Estate so its very likely to be named in reference to the Folly in the painting.
